Kaushik J. Kapasi
Kaushik, founder of ALTIN Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has more than fifteen years of experience in quantitative finance and associated software development. He worked with Archetype Risk Advisors Inc. in New Haven, Connecticut (USA) from 1998 to 2004 as Vice-President, Information Technology. His primary responsibilities involved researching, developing and simulating new concepts to improve the Company’s proprietary derivatives trading models and create new products. He was responsible for automating the company’s various front-office and back-office processes. As the head of Information Technology, he also oversaw ARA’s model building, testing and simulation platforms. Prior to that he worked with Pacific Equity Research in Greenwich, Connecticut as an M.I.S. Analyst.

Mr. Kapasi has a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Bombay University and MBA from University of Connecticut.
